But before we dive in, let me tell you a little story. Last night, I had an idea to wake up early, watch the sunrise, and go for a traditional Vietnamese breakfast. And that's exactly what I did.
This is when I woke up at 4:07 am and decided to start my day
First, I went to a famous traditional bread shop, "Dan To BH," which is very popular among locals and tourists alike. I ordered a few types of bread, including the classic Vietnamese breakfast sandwich, and a noodle dish with char siu. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend you try it out if you're ever in Hanoi.
After breakfast, I headed to the gym for a fitness session. I've been working on my physical education, and today, I focused on arm exercises. I did a few sets of bicep curls, tricep extensions, and chest press using lighter weights. My goal is to maintain a consistent workout routine while also taking care of my recovery.

During my workout, I realized that it's essential to have a balance between exercise and recovery. I used to do a lot of reps, but now I focus on doing fewer reps with heavier weights. This approach helps me maintain my strength and endurance while also preventing injuries.
