Our Business Model
Our branches are in Upper North Bihar. If we talk of Up North Bihar then we cover Muzaffarpur and Vem, so our work is done like this. That we collect material from Muzaffar for wholesalers, small or big traders or material for any project etc., we collect all this from Muzaffar and then distribute it in East Champaran and West Champaran, like Motihari, Raxaul, Arraj, Petiya, all these cities.
Delivery Process
In these cities, we get it delivered to the next person. This is our model. After that, we also have warehousing, so like if any party needs a warehouse, needs to keep some material or do this, we provide service for that as well, then warehousing too. We do this, we already have our own warehouse at the place, we get the truck unloaded and then get it delivered.
Revenue Generation
So according to that we also have this warehouse, so we also generate revenue from the warehouse, apart from the trucks that deliver the material. We generate revenue from these two modes. Our customers now? Mostly, our customers are CNF, whoever gets the material from there. Let's take it like Bedag Tyre, Hindustan Tyre, Ben Ro, TVS, Bajaj, Mother Daddy, Amul milk, the powder that comes with this milk, sweets etc. are made from it.
Current Challenges
Today our delivery was completely stopped and the goods are full, so the vehicle has gone tonight. It will bring the material from there to Motihari, the material will be delivered tomorrow, whichever customer is our wholesaler or retailer, we will get the material delivered to them.
Future Plans
We are doing that kind of work. Right now we have some more customers in our pipeline, talks are going on with them, who will work in TV. For example, we are in talks with Alchemy for medicine, but it has not been finalized yet. And we could not crack it but our talks are going on.
