Welcome back everyone, Tina here, and in this video, I'm going to walk you through the SaaS wallet management on a sub-account level, where you can access it, what it is, and how you can manage all the credits.

The SaaS wallet is a wallet where the client tops up their digital credit with their money from their card, which is connected to their subscription account. The balance on this wallet is used to pay for SMS, emails, WhatsApp messages, or content AI credits that the user uses.

To access the SaaS wallet from an individual sub-account, click on settings on the bottom left and then click on billing on the left at the top. You can access wallet and transactions right here.

You can also see detailed transactions down here. Click on this button right here, and the client can really filter by dates or by the type. Hey, was it credited? Was it debited? What kind of charges do they want to filter through?

Now, let's click on more details right here. Just to clarify, the balance of this account is $122. Complimentary credits are zero. You, as the agency owner, can decide whether or not you want to provide complimentary credits for the user every week or every month.

The user can just set their auto-charge right here themselves. This is set to $100, so in order to charge this account with $100 when the balance is lower than $25, they can, of course, go in and change it to their likings.

Now, let me show you how you can turn on complimentary credits for your agency SaaS plans. For this, switch to your agency account, then click on SaaS configurator, select plans and pricing at the top, select your plan that you want to modify, click edit details, and then under trial and credits, you can decide down here if you want to add recurring credits every month or if you want to add one-time credits.

If you wanted to add recurring credits every month, you select that, and then you just decide how much you want to add by moving the slider right here.

You can do that also from here from the agency account, which means these credits are not being charged to anyone. You would just here click add balance, you would add the amount right here, you would then select complimentary credit credits.

You also have the option to remove complimentary credits by just simply clicking the debit balance button here. You would just enter the amount, how much do you want to deduct, let's say $1, then you can decide do you want to deduct it from the wallet balance or from the complimentary credits.

Now, what about wallet recharge retries in case payments fail, card expires, card doesn't have enough funds, and so on and so forth? So, in this case, if it's regarding the sub-location, the system will try to recharge or to charge the card seven times, meaning seven attempts over the next seven days, one attempt per day.
